Hi my name is Chantel azevedo and I am available for any notarizations needed. I've completed power of attorney, wills, deeds, loan packages, seller packages as well as all general notary work. If you need a wedding officiant I can accommodate you as well. I've completed just about 400 signing and counting. I was recently a notary in Hawaii but now I will be servicing the state of Utah. I will go above and beyond for my clients to make sure everything is done with precision and attention to detail. I am super excited to meet new people and service the beautiful state of Utah. Availability
I am available throughout the day and evenings. If I don’t have anything prescheduled for a signing i will be able to meet you anytime anyplace. If I already have something scheduled around the same time I will be able to meet you either before or after that meeting.
Pricing
- General notary work is $10 per notary signature and .67 cents per mile.
- Loan signing starting at $100
- Seller package $100
- Purchase package $150+
- Refinance package $175+
*Fees are due at the time of appointment unless otherwise negotiated
*Travel fees are subject to change without notice. Fee will be agreed upon before appointment is finalized.
*After hours (6 pm-6 am) will be an extra $20 on top of original fee.
*If you are unable to make your appointment for whatever reason please call me asap so we can reschedule. If you do not show for your appointment, the appointment fee will still be charged regardless of notarization completion.
